When is it time to see a clinical psychologist?

Life can be complicated for children, young people, parents and families. Family and friends are important sources of advice and support, but sometimes some extra professional input can be helpful in turning things round.

Seeing a clinical psychologist is not a sign of being "mad", "bad", or having a serious "mental health issue" – it's a sign that something is not as you or your family would like it to be, and worth trying to change.
